Are my images uploaded?
No. Conversion runs entirely in your browser.
What do you track?
We count anonymous events (page views, uploads, downloads, hitting the free limit, starting checkout, purchases) as daily totals. No cookies, no IP addresses and no personal data are stored with them. To enforce the free daily limit we keep a one-way, daily-changing hash of your connection for up to 2 days. If you subscribe to emails, we note in our email tool (MailerLite) where you signed up and whether you have tried a download or bought Pro, so we send relevant emails; you can unsubscribe anytime.
Will the file cut cleanly?
Every shape is a closed path; holes (like the middle of an "O") are kept as separate inner paths so your machine cuts them correctly.
SVG or DXF?
Cricut Design Space and Silhouette (Designer Edition) like SVG. LightBurn, xTool Creative Space and CAD tools happily take DXF. Glowforge prefers SVG.
What size is the output?
You set the width in millimetres; height follows the image's aspect ratio.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime: click "Manage subscription" under Pricing and enter your licence key and email to open the Stripe billing portal.
